Route of the White Villages


The Route of the White Villages is undoubtedly the most beautiful and interesting excursion of the Province. Area inhabited since about 250,000 years ago, which witnessed many different cultures. The Sierra de Cádiz has a valuable archaeological and paleolithic heritage. Excursion to Ronda


"Ronda" a unique and captivating city. Inspiring of literature and art. Its origins go back to Paleolithic and Neolithic according to discoveries by archaeologists in caves and excavations in the area. It was occupied by the Romans and later by the Arabs, until its liberation by the Catholic Kings in the Middle Ages.

It was at that time when the city was forged with important architectural changes and that in the 18th century this modern era was consolidated with the construction of the bullring and its emblematic bridge over the Tagus. The city has one of the most important historical and cultural heritage of Andalusia.

Excursion to Cádiz


Cádiz, also known for the "Tacita de Plata" considered the oldest city in the West. It was founded by the Phoenicians, (1.100 BC) town of marine origin that made Gadir (as they called it) an important commercial colony, which would later settle Carthaginians, Romans, Visigoths and Muslims.

Cosmopolitan and open city, chosen by Columbus for his second trip to the new worlds and with the appointment as Port of the Indies after the decline of the Port of Seville consolidates the mercantile flow with the Americas. Given the presence of so many different cultures and the frenetic commercial activity of that time, the city lives a great stage of economic and cultural splendor. The City possesses a great historical and cultural heritage among those who meet; the old and the new Cathedral, the Santa Cueva, Puertas de Tierra, the Town Hall, the San Sebastian Castle, the Tavira Tower, the San Felipe Neri Oratory (Baroque temple that was the seat in 1812 of the Cortes de Cádiz, where I write the first Spanish constitution), the Gran Teatro Falla (testimony of a great Carnival tradition known worldwide) among many others.

Excursion to Jerez


De Jerez is said to be the city of Wine, Flamenco and Horse. Throughout history, Jerez has been an enclave strongly influenced by the different cultures that have settled in their lands, such as the Phoenicians, Romans, Muslims and Christians, who have left numerous remains of their existence both in the city and in its environment. The city offers a wide range of architectural styles, historical remains and unique buildings.

Due to its exceptional geographical location and proximity to the Atlantic, the limestone soils, "albarizas lands", together with the variety of grapes and the care in the cellars, create unique and world-famous wines.

Jerez is the cradle of Flamenco Art and they have given the city and the world great artists. The neighborhoods like Santiago and San Miguel, which are traditional settlements of the Gitana community, have a great tradition and tradition. New generations of cantaores, bailaores and guitarists continue to flourish in its streets and put the name of Jerez on everyone's lips.

Since antiquity the horse has played an important role in the city and thanks to the dedication of the monks of the Cartuja in the 18th century, this famous Carthusian horse has been preserved. Excursion to Seville


The legends say that Seville was created by Hercules son of Osiris, who after avenging the death of his father was captivated by the fertility and wealth of the city, which he founded on the banks of the River. In the year 1000 BC the first settlements are produced. A few centuries later the mythical city of Híspalis was founded. These lands have been inhabited by different cultures, such as the Greeks, Phoenicians, Romans, Celts, Iberians, Tartessians, Muslims, Jews and Christians.

The city has been related from the beginning of its origins to the precious metals trade, which thanks to the Guadalquivir River became the center of entry and exit of riches for other places in the world, such as the Far East. So many different cultures leave a great trail of archaeological, architectural, historical and cultural riches, among which they stand out; Cathedral and Giralda, Real Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, Torre del Oro, among others.

Excursion "A Campo Abierto", Medina Sidonia or Vejer with a trip along the coast


Enjoy the natural beauty of the Dehesa, in the freedom of the Andalusian countryside, of a day in the life of these precious animals. El Toro bravo, lot of cows with stallion and calves, halters in their usual work as guides, mares with foals, riders and horses working in cowboy dressage and high Spanish school. If you want to see something between friends and out of the ordinary of daily life, then dare.

And if you do not like the excursion "A Campo Abierto", you can take a trip to Medina Sidonia, Vejer or combine one of the two with a walk along the coast.

Excursion along the coast


This interesting route begins at the Archaeological Site of Baelo Claudia located within the Natural Park of the Strait. Roman city of the end of the 2nd century BC, linked above all to trade with North Africa. Its main riches were fishing, the salting industry and the Garum. For its position and unbeatable views, it is a must.

We will continue along the coast towards Barbate, where we will visit the Herpac tuna factory. Here we will learn the techniques of tuna ronqueo and the process of smoking and salting.

We will continue the path along the coast to visit the beach of the yerbabuena (impressive wild beach located at the southern end of the cliffs of Barbate).

We will pass through the Natural Park of La Breña in the direction of the Canos de Meca making a mandatory stop at the lighthouse of Trafalgar.

We will continue the route to Conil passing through the famous surf beach of Palmar. The excursion will end with a visit to the beach of Conil.

Excursion to Sanlúcar de Barrameda


Historical city on the banks of the mouth of the Guadalquivir River. Its origins go back to Phoenician times with great commercial affluence. After some ups and downs in the economy of the city, Sanlúcar was economically reborn in the hands of emerging winery companies. At that time, the successful commercial development of wine and liquor aging began, which continues to this day.

This route is based mainly on visiting the wineries of Sanlúcar where the famous Manzanilla stands out, with a small tour of the city and tasting of tapas.
